This can be cused by many things- one is the browser... I recommnd Chrome or Edge (maybe even Mozilla). Others have issues.
Another thing might be on the server side- it either just had an error, so try reloading after a while, or it might have huge traffic at the momment, so you'll have to wait longer for it to load (this also applies for you having slower internet).
